Service Description
Our deep cleaning service provides a top-to-bottom refresh for your home. In all rooms, we'll thoroughly dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and décor. We'll clean and sanitize high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped, and we'll empty all trash receptacles. Kitchen: We'll clean the interior and exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher), scrub the sink, and clean the countertops. Microwaves will be cleaned inside and out. Bathrooms: We'll scrub the shower/tub, toilet, and sink, and clean mirrors and fixtures. Tile grout will be cleaned as needed. Bedrooms: In addition to the general cleaning, we'll make beds (if linens are left out) and clean under furniture as accessible. Our deep cleaning service is more than just a surface clean; it's a comprehensive refresh for a healthier and more comfortable home. Deep Clean Service Booking Policy This Booking Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for booking deep cleaning services ("Services") provided by Dream Big Marketing Group ("Dream Big," "We," "Us," or "Our") to our clients ("Client" or "You"). By booking our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is designed to protect both Dream Big Marketing Group and our valued clients, ensuring a clear and mutually respectful service agreement. 1. Service Scope: Deep Cleaning Definition A "Deep Clean" service provided by Dream Big Marketing Group is a comprehensive cleaning that covers areas often missed during regular cleaning. This typically includes, but is not limited to: Kitchen: Degreasing of stovetop and oven exterior, thorough cleaning of countertops, sink, microwave (interior and exterior), cabinet exteriors, floor cleaning, and dusting/wiping of all reachable surfaces. Removal of items from cupboards/drawers for cleaning Bathrooms: Deep scrubbing of toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, descaling of fixtures, cleaning of mirrors, sanitization of all surfaces, and floor cleaning. Removal of items from cupboards/drawers for cleaning. Light Organization Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dusting and wiping of all surfaces (furniture, fixtures, picture frames, baseboards, window sills, reachable light fixtures), vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and cleaning interior windows (reachable). Specifics: Cleaning of light switches, door frames, and reachable vents. Exclusions (Unless explicitly quoted and agreed upon): Exterior window cleaning. Carpet shampooing/deep extraction. Upholstery cleaning. Wall washing (spot cleaning may be included). Cleaning of excessive dishes, laundry ,mold, hazardous waste, or bodily fluids. Moving heavy furniture or appliances. Organization or decluttering services. Any services outside of this deep clean definition must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges. 2.
